4.2 Account Security

All financial transactions on the Spiner77 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support a range of Malaysian payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, and selected cryptocurrency options including USDT TRC20.

6.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Spiner77 does not accept third-party deposits.
• Spiner77 does not charge deposit processing fees. However, your payment provider or bank may impose their own charges, for which Spiner77 accepts no responsibility.
• Funds deposited via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically credited to your Spiner77 account within minutes. Bank transfer methods (DuitNow, FPX) may take 5–15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits require blockchain confirmation which may take 15–30 minutes.

6.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used for a deposit, unless otherwise approved by our payments team.
• Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification process by submitting a valid government-issued identity document and proof of the payment method to be used.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. There is no maximum withdrawal cap for Real Money Balances, subject to standard anti-money-laundering review procedures.

6.3 Currency & Exchange

All account balances, wagers, and payouts are denominated in MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. Spiner77 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations affecting the MYR value of cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.

Spiner77 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to these general bonus terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement ("rollover") before they may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in its individual terms (examples: 10x, 18x, 35x). You must wager the bonus amount by the stated multiplier in eligible games before any winnings become withdrawable.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period, typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit. Uncompleted wagering requirements at the time of expiry will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While a bonus is active in your account, the maximum permitted single wager is MYR 300 unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise. Exceeding this limit may result in bonus cancellation.
• Game Contributions: Not all game types contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots generally contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games typically contribute between 0% and 20%. The specific contribution table for each bonus is stated in its terms.
• Maximum Cash-out: Certain bonuses include a cap on the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings. Where applicable, this cap is stated in the individual bonus terms.

8.1 Bets and Wagers

8.2 Disconnections

All content on the Spiner77 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software architecture, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of Spiner77 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted no ownership rights in any platform content. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Spiner77 platform without prior written consent from Spiner77.
